QHSE

SubseaDesign obtained it’s NS-EN ISO 9001:2000 certification on 25th March 2008. The certification was performed by Nemko who carried out a two step review and audit of the Management System and the working procedures. The certification confirmed the emphasis that the company puts on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.

Re-certification according to NS-EN ISO 9001:2008 was obtained 3rd March 2009. The re-certification according to the newly issued standard again emphasizes the continuous effort the company puts on quality issues. See the certificate here.

On 8th February 2008, SubseaDesign was approved by the Achilles Joint Qualification System (JQS). The Achilles JQS is a common pre-qualification system for the Norwegian and Danish offshore business. The system is used by most of the operators and main contractors in the area. Annual re-assessment is being performed as requested by the system. See the certificate here.

At the hearth of the Management, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment system is the QHSE Philosophy, QHSE Manual and the Management System description. The system describes all work processes in the Company and references the governing procedures. Procedures have been prepared that covers all aspects of the Company’s activities.
